Requested quote and received it back within a couple of hours. Called and placed my order for a replacement glass. Lady on the phone was professional and courteous. Glass was cut exactly to the size I requested. Price was reasonable.

Brought in three broken window sashes for an estimate. Immediately upon arrival, receptionist handed me off to tech to look at my sashes. Tech (Kenny) was very thorough reviewing my sashes, and was an absolute pleasure to speak to…he was respectful and very accommodating. After tech took measurements and made notes, he handed me back off to receptionist who quickly gave me a quote. Overall, customer service for my engagement was excellent! I’m very appreciative that they brought me right in, took their time reviewing my windows, and gave me a proper estimate. Highly recommend!

The man cut the glass and installed it in my clock. He made sure that the cabinet door shut correctly and did not impede the movement of the clock hands.

Great staff here. Very friendly and helpful. Super fast service! Needed 5 window panes cut and expected to pick them up next day and they called me same day and said they were ready. The front office is very nice and Mr. Tommy? I think was his name was super friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk even brought the panes out to my car tape wrapped and ready to go home. Thank yall! I will be back 😀
